Over a span of a decade, we have slowly refurbished and added new living space to this lovely mediterranean style home.  The scope of work has included 4 new bathrooms, a kitchen/family room addition, a second story master bedroom wing addition, complete utility upgrades, and a new radiant heating system with pex pipes running under the newly framed plywood subfloors.
