Barnes/Bryant Residence

Oakland Hills, CA

New home built on the same site as the original residence destroyed by the Oakland hills fire.  A second story was added to the program with additional bedrooms and office space.  The sideyard was converted into a beautiful mediterranean patio, complete with outdoor fountains, adzed wood trellis, and radiant slab heating for winter months comfort.
